At Todd Steven and Associates, Inc., we will:

• Meet with an individual to identify and document their assets and barriers to employment.
• Gather a resource team composed of professionals from the community who are willing to contribute their skills and expertise to help the individual address these barriers and utilize their assets.

Barriers to employment may include transportation, concerns about loss of benefits, and indecision about career choices.

When the individual is ready for employment, an employment consultant will work with the individual to:

• Practice for interviews.
• Write a resume and recommendations.
• Provide advice on how income will affect benefits.

Todd Steven and Associates, Inc.'s Employment Specialists work one-on-one with persons with disabilities to:

• Define their vocational goals.
• Define the barriers preventing them from achieving their goals.
• Eliminate the barriers to obtain meaningful employment or self-employment.
• Assist individuals with their job search and maintaining their employment.
