Todd Steven and Associates, Inc. is named after Joe & Alice Quaintance's son. Todd Quaintance is disabled; at age 31, he works two jobs in Oshkosh and Appleton for Manpower. Dad says with pride, "My son cannot walk, or talk, or feed himself, but he has never set foot in a sheltered workshop."

Todd has disabilities and uses a wheelchair to get around. Todd cannot talk or feed himself without assistance. Yet Todd has always worked in the community at various jobs. Todd is an example of how "Support Without Walls" can work for others.
