Betsy comes to TS&A with a very extensive background in the Human Services field. She has a Bachelors of Science in Human Services from University of Wisconsin – Oshkosh. She has worked for RCDD, now Clarity Care, as a Coordinator for four homes and as a new employee trainer. She also worked at Valley Packaging Industries as a job coach. For the last 10 years she has been employed at the Winnebago County Department of Human Services working as a Service Coordinator/Social Worker. She worked with people with physical, developmental, and mental disabilities. She assessed people and determined their needs and developed support plans to meet those needs. She has relocated consumers from institutional settings into more integrated community settings. Betsy was responsible for administering and monitoring funded programs for consumers, as well as Adult Protective Services Court Work.
