Our History
Todd Steven & Associates, Inc. was created in 1996 by Joe and Alice Quaintance and is named after their son, Todd Steven Quaintance. Todd was born with a developmental disability; however, this has not stopped him from living an enriched life thanks to the determination of his parents. Unhappy with the services being offered to Todd at the time, Joe and Alice decided to do something about it. With the assistance of individuals at Winnebago County in Oshkosh, Wisconsin, they developed a company that offers unique specialized services to individuals with disabilities like their son.
The idea was to offer individualized and person-centered options for all people with all types of disabilities in Winnebago County. TSA has since grown into a state-wide recognized company for its creativity and innovativeness in providing unique services. We provide services to people with varying disabilities including Brain Injury, Autism, Mental Illness and people with Physical or Developmental Disabilities. Services offered include Community, Vocational, Training, Community Integration, etc. Our services have no limits and we have developed our reputation by being willing to do what it takes to make the personal goals of our clients a reality.
