Todd Steven & Associates, Inc. supports community based learning with the schools. We contract with area high schools to provide School Transition Services to students with varying abilities. As an extension of the school, we work with students and employers to explore work opportunities and facilitate options for meaningful vocational experiences. We also investigate opportunities for community involvement outside of work based on each student’s IEP goals, abilities and interests. Each student is provided individualized support with schedules and activities tailored to his or her needs as well as opportunities for skill development, integration and recreational activities. We provide Job Coaches and Community Aides for students requiring ongoing vocational or community support. We assist students, families and school staff with facilitating these vocational and community goals by being part of the IEP team.
